Interestingly, my reposting of the Saker's warning of an impending chemical/biological attack by the junta, timed to coincide with the trashing of the Russian embassy, earned me pre-moderation status at the Grauniad. Why the sudden sensitivity after my numerous outrages against the Washington consensus? I think the above extract explains it.

What I suspect was planned yesterday went something like this: the downing of the IL-76 at Lugansk airport - by a special forces unit within, or on the flight approach to, that surrounded garrison - was supposed to serve as the pretext for a "spontaneous" attack (by Team Maidan, some of whom were present in Odessa on May 2) on the Russian embassy, resulting in sundry outrages against diplomatic person and property. This was in turn to serve as cover for a series of false-flag attacks across central and western Ukraine, at least one of which - an alleged assassination attempt on the Chocolate King - has been publicised. How and by what means the most serious of the planned false-flags got spiked is anybody's guess, likely answerable only by the FSB and/or the CIA.

Russia provoked and Ukrainian public opinion raised to boiling point - now who would want to do such a thing?

PS The more I see, the more I become convinced that the CIA's aim is to overthrow Putin from his nationalist right. The latter is getting very restive.
