The OSCE (Org for Stability and Security in Europe) is already in the Ukraine (along with some private security contractors). What's the bet they suggest the Ukraine is a failed state and needs NATO intervention in the non NATO Ukraine to deal with the neo-nazis. Who will then be removed from power and incorporated into the new structure under a new name. It will be an exercise in rebranding NATO and the Ukraine and give them selves 'anti-fascist' credentials. It will be just like the Good War except with out those nasty Russkies actually winning it. Cough cough.
