I think it would not take much 'poetic license' to posit that the White House is more often a CIA front company, than the other way around; however, it is my considered opinion, after decades of researching this and related matters that the CIA is not where 'the buck stops'...as they are but one division of the 'muscle' for the Secret/Deep Government...and more precisely who/what they/that are/is is another rather complex matter for another time...::willynilly::
