Jack, what can you tell us about Francesca Caigatti? I re-posted the piece and some folks thought the message was diluted by mention of the following:
"They have back-engineered pulsed-beam weapons from alien craft that can disable all existing electronics. They have laser weapons that can kill you by frying your internal organs.

* They have created “terminator seeds” -- they have stolen even Nature’s own ability to reproduce plants and foods. Ten thousand Indian farmers have committed suicide because they were forced to use gene-modified seeds, which failed, and there is no money to buy new seeds!"
