I agree with Peter. This is ALL JVB can prove. That they worked together. IF you believe her when they met he began speaking Russian in the Post Office. So that would be Harvey not Lee.
When the "killer" was shown in pics, tv. etc it was Harvey she saw and recognized not Lee. I actually do not think they look that much alike. Not even like brothers to me. But it's an interesting theory/ notion David.
