It is illegal and immoral to begin with. I'm sure someone will challenge it in Court, but sovereign immunity will probably win the day with the current Supremes. One can think of horrible scenarios, of e.g. rich dead relatives owing large amounts of money and now poor (grand)children paying for it. How about paying when your parent abused you or abandoned you? Nice stuff. It is REALLY NO LONGER any part of the country I was born into - a completely new country and not one change for the good, IMHO. Once they have everyone's DNA [shortly] and everyone forced to have an embedded chip there will be no place to hide...if they can't find legal next of kin, they'll come get 'ya for sharing lots of genetic material. After all, they have to pay for their wars and Gestapo - and the rich in who's name those wars are started, and that Gestapo keept to keep the others in line and in fear aren't going to pay! :

There is no Constitutional nor legal basis for a Federal Income Tax in the USA to begin with, but that's another matter and with the current lawless State, they don't care about such legal details...... Torture is not allowed either...or wars that are unauthorized.....or warrentless wiretaping...and one could go on and on and on and on and on......the Lawless State is now in total control.:hock::, or should I say totally out of control.
