Of course that is why. When they really kill a so called "bad guy" it is blasted all over the tv. USL has been the boogy man since 9-11 and had the Seals truly killed him the pics would be shown.
So what is the most obvious reason to destroy the pics? Even without the destruction of the photos many did not believe this shallow story.
