This CIA disinformation program uses subtle methods like the pronunciation of "Carcano". What it infers is those who know the correct pronunciation are those who know the correct science about the bullet.
One thing the program was good for is it showed how a 6.5mm full metal jacket bullet could be undeformed when fired into soft pine boards. Maybe that's how they got the magic bullet from Oswald's gun?
The program was idiotic TV science designed to deceive the uneducated viewer. Sort of like the science shown in a TV commercial.
