It's not the women. Nor the number of children. And it takes 2 to tango. Why focus on controlling the women? It is systemic anyway. High quality education and real independece for women is key to social improvements. Drug law reforms too. We all know that not every one who ends up in prison is guilty. And for those who are their bad situation is just temporary. Sterilisation is so permanent. It is also such an invasion of a person's being. No one has the right to play god with other people's lives.
