Well, the Burmese Generals are getting dusted off and rehabilitated probably to put some pressure on Karzai and his friends...You, know, free markets and competition and all.
Ah, but the Generals in Rangoon don't begin to know how to dress like 'our boy' Karzai!....though they could well start to compete on the opium and some of the minerals, etc.
