Can't help you there, but I can shed a little bit more on the Moncton family, particularly the father of Christopher, the late Gilbert Moncton, 2nd Viscount Moncton of Benchley. Besides being the 1st chairman of the board of DSL, the late Major General was a personal adviser to the royal family.
Years ago I published a chart of private military and defence companies that operated together under the umbrella name of the "Palace Group" of which DSL were a part:

The names on the list are now almost infamous for their meddling in foreign countries. Included were the now defunct Executive Outcomes, well known for its scramble for the mineral wealth of Africa. Amongst other dubious activities.
Another DSL senior officer, Lord Westbury, was formerly the commoner, Richard Bethel. I have covered these people and companies in some detail in my essay Project Hammer Reloaded. Bethel instituted a lawsuit on behalf of his Bermuda based Hart Group to recover 30 tonnes of "fabulous treasure" stolen by the Scottish pirate, Captain William Thompson.
