What strikes me about this action is that the name Al Qaeda is apparently a creation of the CIA... and is an umbrella to wrap all non state Islamic insurgents under heading... as if they are an organization ... a world wide one waging a coordinated war against the West.
I think it's safe to say that the structure is no there... But I think it's safe to say that there are non state actors who would and did engage in acts of terrorism against the West including Israel over the past 40 years.
Or perhaps the author of the brief thinks all acts of terrorism among them the Achille Lauro, the Khobar Towers Bombing, the Marine barracks in Beruit, the Embassy in Nairobi were false flags and that terrorism is simply a CIA mechanism/tactic to direct more resources to Intel and the MIC?
Is terrorism a real phenomena.. or is it an Intel creation? Or perhaps a little of both?
If terrorism is real, what are the root causes of it? Is the CIA and the empire's actions among those causes?
If 9/11 was not the made up Al Qaeda, could it not have been a group of non state actors/terrorists with or without ties to the CIA?
The response to 9/11 was a full on PR campaign with the might Wurlitzer on full blast... peddling a compelling false (lies) narrative to leverage GWOT and a few hot wars. That pack of lies and those who told them needs to be dealt with.
But hasn't this crowd been peddling this false narrative since the '63 coup?
