Vietnam Winter Soldiers Investigation Report - not easy reading, but perhaps one of the best and most graphic collections of how we generally behaved in Vietnam - individuals, of course managed not to commit war crimes - or better to report them. Sadly, we didn't learn, and have repeated things along this line in so many other places since and up to the moment I type this.
