WHY in the world would they use that name?! [The day they say everything 'changed'....is this facility to 'change' things further or to enforce that things stay 'changed'?!] Why are only US Contractors allowed to bid? What the **** is its purpose?....the only nice part I heard of were the picnic tables. The rest is certainly sinister in the extreme!
