While I do not doubt, and do fear, ongoing plans that would enable the declaration of Martial Law, the articles above have some quite unbelievable and illogical information. Two cite just two. Military trucks are not stopped and inspected, so no need to hide weapons or whatever in them behind food. Russian soldiers in the USA setting the recent forest fires....come on!.....this article [in two versions] is full of misinformation or [?] disinformation. The facts are bad enough - no need to invent false ones.

While the threat of Martial Law [locally, for dissidents, or nationally] is real and ominous....I have a strange feeling this article contains some false information to disrupt those who would tell the true dilemma we face....either that of the authors didn't do their homework. Rex 84 is not ongoing. It was way back in the time of RayGun and has continued under other names and greatly been enhanced and expanded. To use that name now is not accurate. It is one Oliver North refused to testify about. That was under FEMA and now DHS and other agencies [plus Northcom] have new and more insidious plans. Rex 84 was one of the stages in this buildup, but long ago now.
