Just like the use of extremely high doses of LSD in its early days when there were no sure methods of detecting it, or the "CIA suicides" such as those of Frank Olson in 1953 and of Grant Stockdale in 1963 (thugs tossed them out of high windows). There's plenty more methods where those came from.
Revira told me he had a research interest in the hemorrhagic fevers, unheard of in 1963. The Japanese Unit 731, their biology-chemwarfare research facility in Manchuria since the
1930s, had been working on one called Songo River Fever. The U.S. got all their data after the war ended in the Pacific.

Ebola is a hemorrhagic fever......and making a comeback of late in Africa. Heaven help us if they have something like that as a bioweapon and release it widely!!!! As mentioned, it is known that intelligence assassins have at their disposal chemicals [and other things like pulsed radiation] that kill and mimic heart attacks and stroke; cancers that can be induced; radioactives like Polonium and others; exotic poisons like Ricin; heavy metals that kill; neuronal disruptors and more....lovely. Once they get a person into a hospital, killing them is as easy as a shot or turning off a intravenous drip - or changing what's in it...and hundreds more.
