Her Roswell "explanation" -- it was a Soviet provocation in which children who were genetically modified by Josef Mengele while in Soviet custody to appear other-worldly were sent in a captured Nazi saucer to crash in the U.S. so as to convince Americans that ... well ... she's not sure. But her deep political credentials are such that she has no problem believing that Stalin would throw invaluable, otherwise unavailable saucer technology into the hands of his enemy just to ... well ... she's not sure.
