I agree with you assessment. I agree that many Oswald photos appear strange and I really do not care for any of the possible tramp IDs - Sturgis, Hunt, Holt, Gedney etc. I really don't think it is any of those people at this point.
Here is an interesting image of Beverly Oliver from James Richards' vast image collection. I find the man on the far right very interesting. He went by the name Emmit Anderson but this of course was an alias.
I believe the Tramps are nothing more than a sideshow but finding this man's true identity may prove fruitful.

Regarding James Arthur Lewis, he did his best work as part of a trio of operatives that included Richard Whatley and Bobby Willis. David Morales handled these men with great success in many anti-Castro operations.
