I think so.
Knowing all too well the Judges of California [I had one that was a 'hanging judge' who had been told I was not to prevail...and he broke every rule in the book to make sure I did not.....a story I related and has since disappeared on the EF], I'm sure many were there to learn how to...a few might have been there to seek the lessons of how not to.....the balance....depends on who attended...
