I recommend it. I have not read the whole book yet. I take it when
I have doctor appointments to read during long waits before seeing
the doctor (they never get to you at the appointed time). It has
short self-contained chapters which stand on their own, making
it suitable for interrupted reading. So far I have found nothing with
which I disagree.
