Since Warren Commission backers can't explain how Oswald knew about an obscure CIA-connected college in Switzerland it has to be assumed he was a CIA operative acting out on his Philbrick copycat ambitions from youth.
It's silly to deny this at this point and the government exists in contempt of it.
