The concept of scalar weapons is so weird its almost beyond understanding.
They claim that electromagnetic and electogravitic energy can be projected at faster than light speed, so it takes mere nanoseconds to reach the target, but that doesn't make sense. My understanding is that faster than light speed implies the target is hit before the energy is transmitted.
