I only recently learned that Kelloggs owns the Kashi brand by watching the sobering new documentary Food Inc.
Last time I was at the market I scrutinized a box of Kashi cereal and there's not the slightest indication anywhere that it is a Kelloggs brand.
So many corporate relationships are so little known by consumers...such as the Philip Morris Cigarette company's ownership of Kraft Foods...which now owns the "Back to Nature" and "Boca" brands.
Strange.
