That assumes that human expelled CO2 is having some effect on the climate. Even that hasn't been demonstrated to any sort of reliable degree, neither to the side of coolling or warming.
The analysis of the Malthusian population control agenda and the fallacy of higher Third World population = more human CO2 is spot-on, though. Bill Gates should kill himself.
