Radio Berlin Brandenburg reports that one important contact of Anis Amri was an undercover police informant for the Landeskriminalamt Northrhine-Westphalia.
This police informant is known for acting as an agent provocateur, inciting terrorist attacks and specifically suggesting an attack with a truck.

What a coincidence.
