A good question indeed gentlemen...moments like this reminds us of actor Joe Pesci's portrayal of David Ferrie in Oliver Stone's JFK, trying to explain to Jim Garrison how even the shooters didn't know who ordered the president's demise, saying essentially, "It's A Mystery Wrapped in a Riddle Inside an Enigma".
Will the research community ever know why James Arthur Jackson's 39 month old pay stub was attributed to being in the possession of the wrongfully accused's wallet or in his former residence (choose whatever script officialdom wants to go with on any given day, and if you believe the wrongfully accused actually lived or visited anywhere officialdom implies there's a ski resort for sell in Honolulu).
While we are on this particular subject, please be aware that top shelf researcher Mr. LeDoux (Ed) has done some extraordinary work on how Mr. Jackson may fit into all of this, even to the point of locating his whereabouts and actually communicating with Mr. Jackson on a number of occasions. What I gathered from reading Mr. LeDoux's accounts of his exchanges with Mr. Jackson is I sense he is an innocent party void of any nefarious leanings in this pay stub caper.
These lying treasonous cowards already lied when they said the wrongfully accused fired a rifle upon the presidential limousine, so it isn't frivolous to believe these same sinister snakes had to find a creative way to connect the wrongfully accused to the Neely Street address somehow.
