We are to remember that this Del Norte 8:30am bus was chosen after the Frontera bus leaving at 2 or 2:30 was found NOT to be able to get Oswald to Laredo in time to get to Dallas in time... so the Arturo Bosch created Frontera Manifest was scrapped for ticket set #13688.
It was not scrapped due to anything but the timing didn't work... it is not until March 1964 that they switch gears and move Oswald to the Del Norte line after confirming the manifest created by Bosch below PROVED he was on that bus... complete with witnesses...
