US/NATO War on Russia - David Guyatt - 03-09-2014 Interesting variance for BBC news. TV is a waste of space these days. But early morning radio news is more informative, accurate and critical. This a.m. was a report about the news that NATO may agree to Ukraine joining it. They reported that Russia and Putin view all the encroachments over the last decade as one by one former Soviet satellites joined NATO as threatening --- and that they will go to war over Ukraine if necessary and that the West need to realise this and back off and reject Ukraine's request for NATO membership. The general perception was far more sympathetic to Putin's plight than the barrage of right-wing media BS propaganda that continually circles the toilet bowl these days. Clearly there is a very powerful western faction throughout NATO nations that wants to force a new cold war and thereby ensure increased military spending and a continuing US dollar hegemony. As a PS, a later report suggested, quite strongly, that the American journalists beheaded by ISIS may have taken place quite a while ago, but are being released to the media in a drip by drip fashion to create the best impact. The suspicion is that this is another war game being played out and directed the same western faction as above to ensure a new middle eastern war for the same reasons... The catch is it comes from the press office of Kiev and Putin is in Mongolia and there is no confirmation from the Kremlin. Reproduction. . Moscow. On 3 September. INTERFAX.RU - The new version of Russia's military doctrine should define the main enemy of the country, as well as to clearly define the conditions for a preemptive strike by the Russian nuclear deterrent forces (SNF). This was stated by the agency "Interfax" on Wednesday, Coordinator Office of Inspector General of the Russian Ministry of Defence, Army General Yuri Yakubov. "This strategic document for the country to be in the first place clearly identified the potential enemy of Russia, which is not in the military doctrine of 2010. In my view, our main enemy - the United States and is the North Atlantic bloc," - said the general. He recalled that a few years ago the United States and NATO at all levels stated that the North Atlantic bloc, the West are not the enemies of Russia. But now, according to the general, against Russia "is deployed real information war, in the face of our nation deliberately shaped as a foe of the West, with far-reaching." "And most importantly - our borders are roughly base the United States and NATO. These global changes and challenges, in my opinion, should be clearly reflected in a revised military doctrine," - said Yakubov. It became known that Russia at the end of the year will clarify the military doctrine, due, in particular, with the events in Ukraine , NATO's eastward expansion and the United States plans to deploy missile defense in Europe. The general said that the new document should reflect the fundamental changes that have taken place in the organizational structure of the army and navy: the creation of Forces Aerospace Defense ( ASD ), the formation of the Rapid Reaction Force on the basis of the Airborne Forces and the National Control Centre of Defence States and a number of others. "In particular, in my opinion, you need to carefully consider the forms and methods of operation of EBA, in close cooperation with strategic nuclear deterrence forces, the Strategic Missile Forces, strategic aviation and the Navy. Thus it is necessary to study the conditions under which Russia could preempt the Russian strategic nuclear forces" - said the general. The current version of Russia's military doctrine was adopted on 5 February 2010. It stipulates that the Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to use against it or its allies of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction, as well as in response to large-scale aggression using conventional weapons, a threat to the very existence of Russian state. http://www.interfax.ru/russia/394742 US/NATO War on Russia - David Guyatt - 05-09-2014 NATO Secretary General Rasmussen has stated in his latest speech that "we must reverse the decline in defence spending", this being the main thrust of this years contrived Ukrainian war with Russia. So, there you go, the thief is caught with his hand in the till. Besides that let's bear in mind that "defence spending" is Orwellian double-speak. It's "war spending" and "war" ---- never, ever "defence". And guess what? Quote: From International Business Times Without continuous wars and war spending, the US economy and dollar would collapse and along with it the United States. US/NATO War on Russia - Lauren Johnson - 05-09-2014 There are strong reports that there is a cease fire in the works to be started at 15:00 GMT. Lots of speculation of why the NAF would agree to a cease fire when they have been so dominant. Lots of speculation of why the NAF would agree to a cease fire when they have been so dominant. They don't want to go all the way to Berlin. Just want what they want. Pretty much got most of that. Let the cards fall. On the one hand NATO and lackeys banging on madly wanting a war. On the other it is possible that others have told Kiev no one is coming to help them and they're going to be on their own. Sobering up and keeping what they can with as little loss of face as possible. Decentralised federation might be doable. Quote:RT affirms the ceasefire. Fighting still going on. I hear that there is still fighting. Not everyone on the Ukrainian army got the memo apparently. Some places shortly before the ceasefire they bombed the shit out of too as if in spite. Having watched this thing evolve over the months, it seems that the logic of military strategy was in conflict blood lust of killing "Moskels." US/NATO War on Russia - Albert Doyle - 05-09-2014 Obama's speech had all the resounding power of a phony change president doing the bidding of the aggressive torturer, war criminal permanent war state. There is really very little behind Obama besides corrupt officials forcing a captive audience to listen to their self-favoring version of themselves. US/NATO War on Russia - Peter Lemkin - 05-09-2014 Estimated Numbers of Tactical Nuclear Weapons as of 2010 U.S.: The U.S. has not made public the number of tactical nuclear weapons that it maintains. The U.S. is believed to deploy approximately 500 tactical nuclear warheads, including about 200 B61 gravity bombs deployed in five NATO states (Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Germany, and the Netherlands). The U.S. also maintains approximately 700-800 additional tactical warheads in storage. Russia: Estimates of the size of Russia's tactical nuclear arsenal differ. According to one open source estimate, Russia retains approximately 5,390 tactical nuclear warheads, approximately 2,000 of which are deployed, while the rest are in inactive storage or retired. Russia is alleged to deploy some of these forces in areas adjacent to Europe such as Kaliningrad and the Kola Peninsula.
i.e. despite being a formidable ground force, Russia outnumbers NATO with tactical nuclear weapons [the only kind one can use without destroying the entire Planet in a few minutes - only incinerate cities and armies, etc.] 10:1 ready, 5:1 total. Most persons do not know this fact, trust me the US and NATO military does! Russia also has slightly more long-range and super-duper 'Armageddon' nukes than the West. So, there can be no conflict between West and Russia, unless one want to kiss the human race and most of the Planet goodbye. At least it will be quick for all but those in remote places. : hock:: |
