Interview with Dr. John M. Newman - Part 1 - Alan Dale - 29-03-2015

Peter Lemkin Wrote:Another great interview Dale! I learned a lot from that interview! What will the 5-6 volume series he is working on now cover exactly - an epic on the JFK work or other? I listened twice and still think I must have missed some things. Crammed packed with good stuff! Somewhere, way back when at a Dallas conference I remember someone [can't remember who] telling me that Newman was 'CIA disinformation'. I didn't buy it at all then, and I buy it even less than not at all today. Some were suspicious of him because he was in the military and had high security clearances, worked with NSA as a contractor, etc. Nah...there are good people in all institutions. He's proof.

Hi Peter,

Dr. Newman is devoting his time and effort to building upon his previous works, 'JFK and Vietnam' and 'Oswald and the CIA' to provide the most meticulously researched, in-depth account of US policies and operations directed against the emergence and influence of Fidel Castro. His first volume begins with an examination of the conditions and opposing factions within Cuba which led to Castro's 26 of July movement and the Cuban Revolution. How the United States responded to Castro, and who were the figures of consequence as officers, assets and operatives of America's officially authorized Cuban operations, is the necessary context for uncovering a hidden path which ultimately led to the assassination of President Kennedy.

Whether 4, 5, 6 or more volumes, I believe I understand that by stating he is "all in," Dr. Newman intends to do his part to see it through, to expose and explain, and to take us further than we've ever been in our understanding of what really happened, who was responsible, and how they got away with it.

He deserves our support and gratitude.

Thanks for listening. Stay tuned for part 2.

Alan
