Al Jazeera just did a very good [horrifying, in fact] reportage on the 'rise of robots' and what state they are now [publicly]. It is known that the US [and likely a few others] already have fully mobile, autonomous fighting robots - who can be either controlled like a drone soldier OR programmed to make its 'own decisions' as when/who/how to kill....... We ARE entering a unbrave but new dystopic World. I'll try to find and post the link to the al Jazerra show....I'm sure others have made similar. Facing real 'cops' and troops is bad enough; to have to face a robot programmed to possibly kill one was once only a bad movie...but now it is reality. I found two shows on this...one from two years ago and one a few weeks old.
