National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 07-11-2017 Peter Lemkin Wrote:George Klees Wrote:Here is the original 3-page document that Newman refers to (NARA record number 104-10209-10001), but I have no idea about the new one he found indicating that Oswald was a CIA source. This can be interpreted as Lee Oswald was a source for the agency I suppose. I have downloaded this and will pass it on to someone. It does say, the "Director" had relayed an injunction that the agency, meaning everyone was not under any circumstances to make inquires or ask questions of any source or defector about Oswald. Now, this could also mean, anyone who is a source or possible source or anyone known to the agency as someone who defected to the United States from Russia or Cuba is NOT to have any inquiries or ask any questions about Oswald. Why? Because it could damage the case the CIA has tried to build against Oswald as everyone is preparing for the upcoming HSCA. However, I don't know what I'm talking about, so I will pass this on for a true analysis. Just one thing I'm gravely concerned about, that is, this information is allegedly disclosed on April 5, 1972 just when Watergate started, and the director at that time was Helms, and released on February 1978 just in time for the HSCA to discredit Oswald as a communist sympathizer, none of this information is duly noted in the early 60's where it should have been. Thanks for posting this, SK National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 07-11-2017 Just as I thought, after talking to a friend of mine over the phone he said, Scott, think about why Helms did not want anyone asking questions? I said, HSCA? He responded, you're partially correct, if you look at the date in 1972 is when Director Richard Helms and president Richard Nixon were butting heads over FOIA documents, now, it's not completely clear if president Nixon was referring to just the Bay of Pigs documents, but, if he was, he certainly wanted to look into what the CIA had on Kennedy. Let's face it LBJ, Nixon nor did President Ford himself have 'full confidence' in the Warren Commission's Report, yet, it has prevailed all these years. Helms was a company man, he couldn't afford to jeopardize his position as DCI by some accusations that might arise in questioning others about Oswald's means and motives, then, there was the HSCA, they all knew it was coming, it was hard to keep a 'Congressional Hearing' a secret, although, it started off that way. There you have it! The reason for this memo, but, don't believe me Pete, I'd say, believe whatever you want to believe, folks have operated that way for over 50 years now. I'm willing to bet that some folks are starting to say everything Scott has said thus far has come true. Besides, I already shared with everyone the most important undisturbed, accidentally found documents ever known in this whole thing, and those (3) documents were more telling than any document ever discovered in the history of research, and that's only because the CIA had implicated themselves without indicting themselves. But, I don't know a thing! Do have a good day! National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Peter Lemkin - 08-11-2017 Jacob Hornberger on the Ongoing JFK Cover Up A viewpoint by a dyed in the wool Libertarian, but a sane view of the document non-release.... (although he doesn't seem to realize that many of the released documents that had previously been redacted were redacted this release too [and some that we had unredacted were redacted] - all were to be without redactions except for some very specific reasons not met). https://www.corbettreport.com/mp3/2017-11-08%20Jacob%20Hornberger.mp3?_=1 National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 09-11-2017 Unbelieveable! The CIA released it's Top Secret document on Kennedy's assassination, and now that we know who did it and why we can all go home now America! Get some sleep, it's over, the assassination has been fully solved! Here's the proof! Get some sleep, it's over, the assassination has been fully solved! Here's the proof! If that is from the recent release it is breaking the law unless Trump had specifically signed off on the redaction [and why]. I have lots of documents like that - as do others. I see the CIA has changed from redacting in black to redacting in white...how environmentally friendly, as it saves on ink or magic markers whatever they were using. When I filed a FOIA on Plumlee long ago many pages only had the page numbers, everything else was blacked out. Lots of other JFK documents have similar total or near total redactions and that was NOT what the JFK Act called for - in fact the opposite. In an own-goal kind of situation, some of the recently released documents were redacted, when unredacted versions were already available publicly...now that is progress. The Angleton strategy is obviously at play in the IC - to 'wait out' the congress, executive and public on disclosing their involvement and knowledge of what happened. National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 09-11-2017 You have lots of documents like this, lots, meaning more than two or so that do say "Secret and Sensitive" not the ones that say confidential or secret, but what's in quotations. I'm just curious, could you prove me wrong and provide me with just one document that does say (secret and sensitive) thank you so much Pete. National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 09-11-2017 I was able to prove myself wrong, there is other documents, lots of them that say secret, top secret and sensitive. The document I posted was a joke Pete. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=146469&relPageId=234&search=secret_and%20sensitive National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Tom Bowden - 09-11-2017 If you believe there was a conspiracy and I do. Why would you think there would be smoking guns in this document release? Especially if you believe the CIA and FBI was involved. They have had years to remove all the good documents. On the other hand, if the CIA and FBI were not involved other than the coverup then there should be some interesting documents. I for one never expected to see a smoking gun. National Archives releases first batch of 2017 JFK documents - Scott Kaiser - 09-11-2017 The majority of the documents released today were released previously in redacted form. The versions released today were prepared by agencies prior to October 26, 2017, and were posted to make the latest versions of the documents available as expeditiously as possible.
