An excellent article, even by Prof Peter Dale Scott's standards.
It lays bare the forces that Obama would have to take on and destroy to resore moral legitimacy to American, and NATO and European, foreign policy. There is currently no visible evidence that Obama intends to fight these nefarious forces.
